Dipping Sauces
Sweet Chilli
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Fructose Glucose Syrup, Chilli Paste (7.2%), (Chillies, Salt), Rep Pepper (6.9%), Vinegar, Modified Maize Starch, Garlic (0.3%), Colour (Paprika Extract (0.2%)), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Thickener (Pectin), Spices, Firming Agent (Calcium Chloride).
BBQ Sauce
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste (13%), Spirit Vinegar, Glucose - Fructose Syrup, Modified Maize Starch, Concentrated Apple Juice, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Smoke Flavourings, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Paprika, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper.
Minty Mayo
Ingredients: Mayonnaise (Rapeseed Oil, Water, Egg Yolk, Mustard, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum)), Water, Reconstituted Dried Mint, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Salt, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Modified Maize Starch, Copper Chlorophyllin, Flavouring.
Mayo
Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Water, Egg Yolk, Mustard, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum).
Thousand Island
